Munduk Harvest Palace sits along a hillside ridge in North Bali’s highlands, where coffee, clove, and cacao groves have grown across these slopes for generations and terraced rice fields drop toward the valley below. The air here stays cool long after the coast has warmed. Every room and villa opens onto its own outdoor space — terraces, gardens, a hillside plunge pool — built around the same view that drew us to this ridge in the first place.
